Wild Hawk is building a team of Digital Ad Walkers to help deliver one of the most attention grabbing new formats in outdoor advertising.
As a Digital Ad Walker, you’ll carry a digital advertising screen backpack in busy public locations, events, queues, city centres and high-footfall areas. You’ll represent Wild Hawk and our clients professionally, help bring campaigns to life on the ground and support a new form of mobile, measurable advertising.
This is a flexible role suited to confident, reliable people who are comfortable being visible in public, enjoy working around events and crowds and can stay aware of what is happening around them.
No previous experience is required. Full training, guidance and campaign briefings will be provided.
What you’ll be doing
Carrying a digital advertising screen during scheduled campaign shifts.
Representing Wild Hawk and client brands in a professional, friendly manner.
Walking agreed routes or working in specific campaign locations.
Engaging with members of the public when appropriate.
Following campaign, safety and operational instructions.
Staying aware of crowds, surroundings and public-space conditions.
Providing simple feedback after shifts, including useful observations from the campaign.
Essential Criteria
Over 18 years of age.
Reliable, punctual and professional.
Confident working in busy public places.
Comfortable being visible and attracting attention.
Reasonable level of fitness and able to walk/stand for the duration of a shift.
Good communication skills.
Strong awareness of your surroundings.
Flexible availability, including some evenings, weekends and event days.
Able to follow instructions, routes and safety guidance.
Desired Criteria
Interest in marketing, events, promotions or outdoor advertising.
Previous experience in events, hospitality, retail, street teams, brand ambassador work or promotions.
Comfortable using mobile apps for shift updates, check-ins and communication.
Good local knowledge of city centres, venues or event locations.
Pay & Benefits
£13.50 per hour standard rate, with higher rates available for selected campaigns, premium events and higher-demand locations.
Minimum 2-hour paid shifts, with campaign shifts typically ranging from 2–6 hours depending on the event, location and campaign requirements.
Flexible work offered around campaign demand.
